How busy the site is usaully slows the internet down. all this slows down Broadband but broadband still is a faster download then dial up. It takes heaps of more time for dial up. It's so slow that a download that takes 1 minute in BB takes around 8 to 9 minutes in dial up.Broadband is a maxium of at least 3 mins wait depending on your situation.BB can also be cheaper in some cases.
